Engineering Design

Use this chapter for the technical basis of design, drawings, specifications, quantities, constructability, and engineering review status.

Treat maps, drawings, layouts, specifications, quantity files, and technical notes as controlled information containers. Track them in the Information Container Register so reviewers know which version was used for cost, procurement, construction readiness, and handover.
