Information Container Register

An information container is a controlled item of project information. It may be a Markdown chapter, spreadsheet, CSV register, map, drawing, photo set, permit, contract, technical note, meeting record, or evidence package.

Use this register to prevent important information from becoming scattered, duplicated, or unclear. Each container should have a stable identifier, owner, source location, review state, confidentiality level, and intended Atlas destination.

Use a small, consistent set of review states:

  • Draft
  • Sponsor reviewed
  • RICA completeness reviewed
  • Investor review ready
  • Accepted for operating handover
  • Superseded

Do not use “approved” unless the relevant approving party and approval basis are clear.

Atlas can use container IDs to connect documents, evidence files, registers, and operating records. Keep IDs stable and mark superseded containers clearly so reviewers can follow the information history.
