Statutory Clearances And Compliance

This chapter records the approvals, registrations, permits, licenses, renewals, and compliance obligations needed to build and operate the project. It is jurisdiction-neutral: sponsors must adapt it to local law and sector requirements.

Permits may become conditions precedent to financing, conditions subsequent after disbursement, covenants during operation, or monitoring items. The Project Information Model must label each one and define the consequence of delay or non-compliance.
