Operations and Maintenance

This chapter describes how the project will be operated, maintained, staffed, funded, monitored, and handed over after construction or deployment.

Use Asset Information Handover to decide which project records become operating asset records in Atlas. Handover should include responsibilities, update cycles, monitoring setup, safeguards obligations, and material-event triggers, not only final reports.
