Atlas Open Project Account
The Atlas open project account keeps the Project Information Model alive after approval. It connects the project record to GIS location, documents, stakeholder roles, operating metrics, financing terms, reporting submissions, servicing behavior, and material events.

Completeness Scoring

Visibility By Audience

Reviewer
Section titled “Reviewer”Reviewers use Atlas to test evidence completeness, consistency, source quality, and open issues.
Investor
Section titled “Investor”Investors use permissioned views to monitor the project, project loan, purchase eligibility, and pool-level reporting inputs.
Evidence Governance
Section titled “Evidence Governance”Atlas records should include document owner, source, date, version, confidentiality level, review status, and next update. Superseded evidence should remain traceable rather than silently replaced.
